Job Brief:

Were looking for a Volunteer Social Media Assistant to support our digital team with content creation, community engagement, trend research, and day-to-day social operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience within the creative, influencer, and digital industries, while developing real-world skills in content, marketing, and social media management.

You'll work closely with the ABR team, gaining exposure to brand campaigns, community projects, creator support, and live social strategies. This isn't a passive role you'll have real input, real responsibilities, and the chance to grow into future paid positions.

What You'll Do:

• Support the creation of social media content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Assist with scheduling posts, writing captions, and maintaining content calendars
• Participate in community engagement: responding to comments, messages, and supporting online conversations
• Research trends, audios, content formats, and industry updates to inform strategy
• Help with creative brainstorming and campaign ideation
• Contribute to mood boards, visual references, and creative planning documents
• Assist with outreach tasks, admin duties, and digital organisation
• Work collaboratively with the creative, marketing, and talent teams

• Comfortable using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Canva
• Organised, reliable, and good at managing tasks
• Confident communicating online and engaging with communities
